FAQs

What is a brow tattoo?

A brow tattoo, also known as semi-permanent makeup, involves the use of a fine-needle tattoo machine to deposit pigment into the skin, creating fuller, more defined eyebrows that can last anywhere from 1 to 3 years. We offer two advanced techniques: Ombré Powder Brows and Nano Hair Strokes, both of which provide longer-lasting results than traditional microblading. These methods are not only less invasive but also gentler on the skin, making them suitable for all skin types, unlike microblading.

Does getting a brow tattoo hurt?

Most clients experience minimal discomfort during the procedure. We use a numbing cream to ensure that the area is as comfortable as possible. The sensation varies from person to person, but it’s generally described as light scratching or pressure.

How long does the procedure take?

The initial brow tattoo session typically takes 3-4 hours. This includes consultation, design (brow mapping), and the actual application of pigment through tattooing.

How long do brow tattoos last?

Brow tattoos generally last between 1 to 3 years, depending on factors like your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you follow aftercare instructions. Annual touch-ups are recommended to maintain the best results.

Can I get brow tattoos if I have sensitive skin?

Yes! We can tailor our approach to your skin type. Both Ombré Powder Brows and Nano Hair Strokes are suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin. We adjust the technique accordingly to minimize irritation and provide the best results.

How should I prepare for my brow tattoo appointment?

See our section on pre care instructions.

What is the healing process like?

After your appointment, your brows may appear darker for a few days. Over the next 7-10 days, they will naturally scab or flake and peel as they heal. You may experience some redness and tenderness around the treated area. It's crucial to avoid getting the area wet, heavy sweating, or direct sun exposure during this period. The post care instructions must be strictly followed in order to achieve the best healed results.

Will my brows look natural?

Yes! We customize the shape, color, and design based on your facial features, natural brow hair, and preferences. Both Ombré Powder Brows and Nano Hair Strokes are designed to give you natural, beautifully defined brows that complement your face.

Can I wear makeup after getting my brows done?

It’s best to avoid makeup directly on your brows during the healing period (about 10-14 days). After that, you can return to your normal makeup routine, though we recommend using gentle, non-irritating products around the tattooed area.

Are there any risks associated with brow tattoos?

As with any tattoo procedure, there are risks such as allergic reactions, infections, or scarring. These are rare, especially when you follow aftercare instructions and choose a certified professional. We use high-quality pigments and sterilized tools to minimize these risks.

Can I get a brow tattoo if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

For your safety and comfort, we recommend waiting until after pregnancy and breastfeeding to get a brow tattoo. Hormonal changes can affect the healing process and pigment retention.
