Deposit

A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment, as each session is carefully scheduled to ensure a thorough and unrushed experience. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Contraindications

Please check to see if you have any of the following contraindications as it is best not to book an appointment until you consult with your doctor. If you are unsure, please feel contact TCBrows.

• Under the age of 18

• Allergic to Lidocaine, latex, metals

• Viral infections and/or diseases

• Epilepsy

• Had an organ transplant

• Blood borne conditions such as HIV or Hepatitis

• Skin cancer

• Pregnant or breastfeeding

• Diabetic

• Accutane in the past year

• Skin complications (Psoriasis, Keratosis Pilaris, Keloid scars, Eczema, Dermatitis, Sunburn etc.)
